This wine has been flavoured with a natural melon flavouring. It is sweet like a Moscato. Best enjoyed with friends
We have used Verdelho as the base. We stopped the ferment early to leave some residual sugar in the wine. The wine was given a slight spritz just before bottling. It is just like a Moscato but the melon flavouring makes it unusual and very refreshing.
