The How:
We processed a portion of our Verdelho grapes naturally and then blushed it with some natural Shiraz. By naturally we mean with out the use of preservatives, fining and filtering. The blushed Verdelho was then bottled before the end of the primary ferment to give this wine some bubbles and make it a true Pet Nat style
